What you choose to share
The form collects your email address, selected pillows and optional shopping preferences. We record when you joined, the version of the consent text and a simple campaign-source label so we can understand which campaign introduced the list. Please do not send medical information through this service.
Why we collect it
With your consent, we use these details to send availability updates for the collection you select and to understand aggregate product interest. Joining creates no order, payment or reservation. It does not sign you up for unrelated marketing.
Storage and retention
The list is stored on our hosted server at Contabo. We do not publish, sell or share it with product suppliers. Access is restricted to the site operator and service providers needed to host the service or deliver requested emails. Before connecting an email delivery provider we will update this notice where required.
We will review the list within six months and delete inactive pre-launch records no later than 12 months after collection unless you renew consent or another legitimate retention requirement applies. Withdrawing consent removes your email and preferences from this list.
Your choices and rights
Use the private preferences link provided after signup to unsubscribe. You can also email us to withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion. You may have rights to portability or restriction and may complain to the Romanian data protection authority or your local competent authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect prior lawful processing.
Cookies and technical data
We do not load advertising pixels, third-party analytics or non-essential tracking cookies. Session storage keeps a campaign label during your visit and remembers a completed signup for the session. Security controls briefly process a network address to limit abusive requests; raw network addresses are not stored in the signup database. Infrastructure may process technical logs for security and operation. The site uses no automated medical assessment or profiling decision.
